Estonian national road 4

National road 4 (also known as Tallinna–Pärnu–Ikla maantee) begins from Tallinn at Viru Väljak, runs through Pärnu and ends at the Estonian-Latvian border at Ikla.
The road is a part of European route E67. In Latvia it continues as the A1.
The road runs through the larger magistrals of Tallinn (Pärnu maantee, Männiku tee, Vabaduse puiestee). The bigger towns between Tallinn and Pärnu are Saue, Märjamaa and Pärnu-Jaagupi.
The road has a length of 192,2 km, including the 13 km stretch in Tallinn and a 4,6 kilometre section in Pärnu. It runs through Harju, Rapla and Pärnu County. Until Ääsmäe (for 27.2 km) the road is a four-lane highway.
